MEET THE TEAM: bp Group Fitness Instructors
Amy Craddock I have been teaching yoga for eight years and practicing for 11 and it has changed my life on many levels. I believe that your breath your body and your mind are all connected and that through the practice of yoga, we gain a greater awareness of the spirit within each of us. I am grateful for this practice and to share it with others, enriching and bringing peace and harmony to everyday life.
Fernando Garcia "I am a GYROTONIC® & GYROKINESIS® Certified Personal Trainer. This incredible form of training improves posture and flexibility while giving one the opportunity to enjoy fewer aches and pains that are commonly experienced after intense workouts such as running, swimming and weight training. My extensive experience includes training clients of all ages and physical abilities including people with chronic pain, scoliosis, shoulder and pelvic injuries. I have helped improve athletic performance for golfers, tennis players, swimmers, runners, dancers and more. My goal is to provide my clients with the latest workout trends and best practices in the fitness world and I regularly attend advanced training programs with master trainers in order to do this. I help people in Houston stay active and mobile so they can live well and enjoy life and so I am excited to bring this innovative and sophisticated form of exercise and spinal rejuvenation to the Houston, Texas community.

Betti Buck as an educator, I am driven by a passion to teach, help, demonstrate, and motivate others to learn. As a certified fitness professional, I teach a wide variety of formats as well as provide the knowledge, support, and tools to achieve desired results.  My love for fitness began 16 years ago when I started as a Zumba instructor, personal training and group exercise instructor. I opened a studio in Ohio where I helped hundreds of people achieve their fitness goals. I have come to witness that the one thing that holds many people back from adherence to exercise is limiting beliefs, so I became a Master NLP coach to be of better help.  Along the way I have ventured with NPC BodyBuilding competitions, through which I’ve learned much more about discipline. Whether you join my step class, strength, metabolic conditioning, HIIT, bootcamp, Pilates, dance, or circuits - I promise a glow (sweat) that will make you grow (muscles).

Edie Garcia-Gutierrez  "My love for movement began with running and yoga as a youth.  Physical activity supported my mental wellbeing and taught me resilience so after being in restaurant management for over 10 years, I pursued a new career in fitness. Being in fitness management now for over 16 years, I have had the opportunity to create physical activity programs for all age groups in a variety of settings such as active senior living communities, private country clubs, athletic centers, schools, corporate offices, and big box gyms. Fun fact, I was also a belly dancer (some 20 years ago!). Some of my credentials include Physical Activity and Public Health Specialist, Mental Health First Aid Trainer, Personal Trainer, Group Fitness & Spin Instructor, Stretch Coach, and Yoga Teacher with an emphasis on supporting individuals with trauma. I teach everything; dance, pilates, barre, strength, spin, mobility, silver sneakers, trx, bootcamp, and kickboxing. You can expect great playlists, challenging moves, high energy coaching and no excuses in my group fitness classes. To me there is no better place to meet friends, laugh, sweat, move and find encouragement than in group exercise."
Jahnavi Pattabhirama  "Eight years ago, my path was illuminated by the ancient discipline of yoga, leading me to specialize as a Yoga Instructor with a unique focus on Diabetes management. Since that transformative period, I've had the privilege of guiding diverse individuals, spanning various age groups and backgrounds, on their own yogic journeys.
