Virtual membership

Expanded membership opportunities for the remote bp eligible population* is now available. Virtual Membership and onboarding will allow anyone in the bp world access to our remote and virtual services. Virtual membership onboarding is conducted over the TEAMs streaming platform.  
  • Ideal for employees and contractors working remotely, at other locations and without access to bp fitness facilities.  
  • For someone needing virtual program design help from fitness specialists, access to virtual classes and instructors at their convenience 

*Virtual membership eligibility include the following: bp employees, bp spouses, bp retirees, bp interns and bp contractors.

Virtual Membership includes: 

  • Customized training programs, consultations, and sessions with fitness specialists 
  • Access to bp Fitness Center On-Demand Video Library  
  • Live Online Group Exercise Classes  
  • Participation in Fitness Incentives and Programming 
  • Online Nutritional Seminars and Guidance 

As part of joining the bp fitness program, everyone undergoes a pre-participation screening in the form of a fitness onboarding and fitness consultation performed by qualified Fitness Center staff members. 


Interested parties submit a Health Background Information form. Completed forms are reviewed by the Fitness Center staff and a fitness onboarding appointment is scheduled.

Onsite membership

As part of joining the bp fitness center, everyone undergoes a pre-participation screening in the form of a fitness onboarding and fitness consultation performed by qualified Fitness Center staff members. This is done in the WL1 or Helios Plaza Fitness Centers (note--facilities are currently closed).

Membership eligibility include the following: bp employees, bp spouses, bp retirees, bp interns and bp contractors.

Interested parties submit a Health Background Information form and a Physician's Clearance Letter (for 40 and older) if required. Completed forms are reviewed by the Fitness Center staff and a fitness onboarding appointment is scheduled--through our appointment calendar.

Complete a Health Background Information (HBI) questionnaire. This (HBI) form can also be picked at the bp Fitness Center in WL1 or Helios Plaza or interoffice mailed to you (bp spouses are eligible to join as well).

If you are 40 years of age or older, a Physician's Clearance Letter needs to be completed prior to the fitness onboarding. The Physician’s Clearance Letter form can picked at either bp Fitness Center or interoffice mailed to you. Have your physician complete the form and scan, email or you can present (signed form) to the bp Fitness Center (when open).

For bp employees looking for assistance in finding a Primary Care Physician, Westlake Health and Wellness Center (281-310-5040) can be of assistance. 

Return completed HBI forms and Physician’s Clearance Letters (if you are 40 or older) to the one of the bp Fitness Centers in WL1 or Helios Plaza. Forms can also be scanned and emailed to Tara Evans.

If you are a bp Contract employee, you must complete a Contractor Form (available in the bp Fitness Centers or from this site). New forms will be updated shortly.

Fitness onboarding will be scheduled with one of the Fitness Center staff members once you have returned the completed forms.
